Project Description:
Conduent is implementing new Eligibility and Enrollment determination system for state of New jersey to provide state funded health insurance program created to help qualified residents to obtain affordable health insurance. As a member of NJ family care, families are eligible for a wide range of services, unlike Medicare, NJ family care provides coverage to children, parents, single adults depending on different eligibility criteria. NJ family care eligibility is determined based on federal poverty level [FPL] of household member issued each year by department of health and human services.
As Senior Manager/Pega Lead Architect, Provide the technical governance, coordinating with the external systems on the integrations architecture, working with network teams on infrastructure design, analyze the business requirements and provide solution with special focus on secured interaction with other Conduent and vendor Systems. Design the Case management, Data model, Situation layer, Security, and Integration from Scratch. Managed and mentor a team of Pega developers offshore to deliver to design.
Key Responsibility:
- Provide the technical governance on the tools need to be used on the project
- Working with the architects to finalize the designs
- Working with N/w teams on the infrastructure architecture
- Working with pega product teams, account executives on the licensing and usage
- Working with pega cloud teams on the infrastructure issues, ramp up the resources
- Pega Lead Architect, Design document to interpret functional requirements
- Design the process automation Applications
- Lead the external integrations with VCC, quadient, FileNet, APIM, CNS
- Lead the Integrations across the system
- Walk through the solutions with architecture review board and COE
- Working on estimation, prioritization, and allocation.
- Participate in requirement validation, analysis, design, and implementation
- Interact with the business team and understand the detailed requirements
- Working with Business Analysts and Solution Architects on solutioning
- Produce the application Design document
- Creating workflows based on the requirements.
- Develop the required & defined reusable tech arch components
- Work on upgrading the platform on the new versions of products are released for recertification
- Support the team to understand the requirements and create a gap analysis document.
- Manage the team members and assign the work.
- Organizing design discussions with different teams like scrum, appdev, QA and product teams (from different vendors).
- Designing data model and optimizing the data access to the application.
- Ensuring on-time deliveries of user stories by solving the technical impediments during the sprint.
- Following SCRUM (Agile) methodology for development utilizing JIRA tool.
- Ensuring the production readiness of the code packages in Pre-Prod environment.
- Analyzing the in-flight work items, prioritize the work and analyzed the impacts of the new enhancements.
- Guiding the dev team on Data/Code fixes for the production issues.
- Analyzing production performance issues by utilizing Pega PLA and third-party memory analyzers.
- Driving the production deployment with different teams and ensuring smooth Go-live
