Project Description:
Claims Application is implemented to support carrier claims for lost or damaged products that are shipped to customers by gathering required data systemically with minimal to no user intervention. Automating the collection of data required for submitting a claim and use default values from available option sets for information that cannot be obtained from OMS.
Data required to support carrier claims for lost or damaged products that are shipped to customers are gathered manually by ECC agents. Agents must log into several internal and external systems manually to gather the required information for each eligible order line. This manual process is inefficient, time consuming, and inaccurate.
As Pega Lead Architect at Best Buy, analyzed the business requirements and provide solution with special focus on secured interaction with other Best Buy System. Design the Case management, Data model, Situation layer, Security, and Integration from Scratch. Managed and mentor a team of Pega developers offshore to deliver to design.
Key Responsibility:
- Pega Lead Architect, Design document to interpret functional requirements
- Leading upgrade operations as pega upgrade lead
- Design the process automation Applications
- Lead the RPA integration and intercept apps of carriers like UPS, USPS, and FedEx
- Lead the Integrations across the system
- Walk through the solutions with architecture review board and COE
- Working on estimation, prioritization, and allocation.
- Participate in requirement validation, analysis, design, and implementation
- Interact with the business team and understand the detailed requirements
- Working with Business Analysts and Solution Architects on solutioning
- Produce the application Design document
- Creating workflows based on the requirements.
- Develop the required & defined reusable tech arch components
- Work on upgrading the platform on the new versions of products are released for recertification
- Support the team to understand the requirements and create a gap analysis document.
- Manage the team members and assign the work.
- Organizing design discussions with different teams like scrum, appdev, QA and product teams (from different vendors).
- Designing data model and optimizing the data access to the application.
- Ensuring on-time deliveries of user stories by solving the technical impediments during the sprint.
- Following SCRUM (Agile) methodology for development utilizing JIRA tool.
- Ensuring the production readiness of the code packages in Pre-Prod environment.
- Analyzing the in-flight work items, prioritize the work and analyzed the impacts of the new enhancements.
- Guiding the dev team on Data/Code fixes for the production issues.
- Analyzing production performance issues by utilizing Pega PLA and third-party memory analyzers.
- Driving the production deployment with different teams and ensuring smooth Go-live
