Project Description:
Fledged Common Case Management System (CCMS) for the case managers and other healthcare professionals from various public healthcare institutions (EHA, SHS, AHS, NHG etc) to facilitate the coordination of social, financial, and healthcare related services provided to the patient.
Key Responsibility:
- Involved in application UI design.
- Involved in application Design document
- Creating workflows based on the requirements.
- Develop logical diagram to interpret functional requirements
- Participate in requirement validation, analysis, design and implementation
- Interact with Onsite team and understand the detailed requirements
- Understand requirement document based on the discussion with Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
- Understand the solutions which were provided by solution architects
- Understand the design and responsible for implementation
- Working on the Production Defects
